Terms of Sale

1. Who you are buying from

Goods on this site are sold by LLC "Chargebox Systems" — ID 402373418. You can reach us at info@chargebox.ge or +995 32 388 89 99.

2. Prices and VAT

All prices shown include 18% VAT. The price on the product page is the price you pay; nothing is added at checkout. Prices are in Georgian Lari (GEL).

3. Ordering and payment

Placing an order creates an invoice, which we email to you. Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on that invoice, quoting the invoice number as the transfer reference. We do not take card payments on this site.

Your order is prepared once payment reaches us. If we have not received payment within 7 days the order is cancelled automatically and the items return to sale — we email you a reminder before that happens, and you are free to order again.

4. Collection

Orders are collected from our store at 16 Vaja Pshavela Ave, Tbilisi 0186, Georgia. We do not deliver. Please bring the invoice number and photo identification. We will contact you when your order is ready.

5. Cancelling before payment

You can cancel your order yourself from your account at any time before it is paid. The items go back on sale and the invoice is void.

6. Your right to withdraw

Because you order at a distance, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of collecting the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at info@chargebox.ge within that period.

Return the goods to our store complete, with all accessories and packaging, and in a condition that allows them to be sold again. You bear the direct cost of returning them. We refund the amount you paid within 14 days of receiving them back, by bank transfer to the account the payment came from. If the goods have lost value because they were handled more than was necessary to check them, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

This right does not apply to goods made or configured specifically for you.

7. Guarantee

Goods carry a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects, running from the day you collect them. If a part fails because it was faulty when made, we replace it free of charge.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, over-voltage or supplying more current than the device is rated for, physical damage, or repair by anyone other than us. It does not cover normal wear.

Report a fault from your account, or contact us at info@chargebox.ge. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this guarantee.

8. Installation

Charging equipment must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and Georgian electrical regulations. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation.

9. Complaints

Write to info@chargebox.ge. We will respond within 10 working days. Georgian law applies to these terms, and disputes are heard by the courts of Georgia.
